1. Meet the mandatory requirements

Before the system unlocks your Certificate of Completion, you must finish all mandatory exercises AND mandatory videos. Both types are marked Mandatory in the learning portal.

Finishing every mandatory item is not a requirement to sit the exam. It is recommended that you complete the mandatory curriculum first so you are better prepared.

• Why it matters: The platform uses completion data to verify the core learning outcomes for the completion certificate. Completing only the lab exercises is not sufficient for that certificate — every mandatory video must also show as completed.

• How to verify: Open the course page (Course content). Click Filter, then under By priority select Mandatory. Review that list — videos, hands-on exercises, and quizzes.

  1. Log in and open your course.

  2. On Course content, click Filter (top right).

  3. Under By priority, choose Mandatory.

  4. Work through any item still not completed.

If something in that filtered list is unfinished, the Certificate of Completion will stay locked. You can still schedule and take the exam.

Note: Optional exercises and videos do not count toward the Certificate of Completion. Filter to Mandatory first.

2. Access the download page

Once the prerequisites are satisfied, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the training portal with the same credentials you used to enroll.

2. Open My Courses and select the course.

3. Locate the "Certificates" tab on the course dashboard.

4. Click the "Download Certificate of Completion" button.

5. Save the PDF to your preferred device or cloud storage.

For Certified Certification you don't need to complete all the mandatory labs to be able to sit on exam.

1. Receive the exam results & submit your ID

After successfully passing your exam:

• You will receive an official notification email confirming you have passed.

• The email will prompt you to submit a clear scan of your government-issued photo ID for verification.

• Your submission enters the verification queue.

2. ID verification (up to 48 hours)

• Verification window: The verification team validates your identity within up to 48 hours.

• This verification step ensures credential security and confirms that all profile details match your official records.

3. Certificate & badge delivery

Once ID verification is complete:

• You will receive an email containing:

  1. PDF Certificate — your official certificate attached directly to the email.

  2. Credly Digital Badge Link — an invitation link to accept and claim your verified badge on Credly.

4. What if you don't see the email after 48 hours?

• Check your spam/junk folder — automated messages sometimes get filtered.

• Confirm the email address — ensure the address in your training profile matches the one you're checking.
