During the exam, you may encounter issues on your end, such as network connectivity or device related problems.
Troubleshooting solution:

If you lose your internet connection during the exam, you will be disconnected from the machine(s). However, you can reconnect to the machine(s) once your internet connection is restored.
Reconnection Process:

When you reconnect to the internet, navigate back to the exam environment.

You will be prompted to re-authenticate with your credentials.

Once authenticated, you will be redirected to the exam environment, and you can resume working on the exercises.
Machine State:
The machine(s) will not be reset when you reconnect. The state of the machine(s) will be preserved, and you can pick up where you left off before the disconnection.
Important Note:
Please be aware that if you are disconnected for an extended period (more than 30 minutes), the machine(s) might be terminated due to inactivity. In such cases, you will need to restart the exercise from the beginning.
To minimize the risk of disconnection, we recommend using a stable internet connection. If you experience frequent disconnections, please consider switching to a more reliable internet connection, such as a Wi-Fi network.
